Papa Booch was born from a passion for wellness and a desire to bring something authentic and meaningful to the people of Geneva: real kombucha, crafted with care and respect for tradition. Rafael Guevara, founder Swiss Brew, has always been about connecting with people. After years of running bars, restaurants, and events, he stumbled onto kombucha while working with a kombucha company. That’s when everything changed. He realized kombucha wasn’t just a tasty drink—it could naturally support digestion, gut health, immunity, and energy. But he also noticed that many kombucha brands pasteurize their products, taking away the full benefits of probiotics that make it so special. With that in mind, Rafael set out to create kombucha the right way—honoring nature and keeping it real. At Papa Booch, ingredients are carefully chosen, often from local farms and fair-trade partners. Every bottle is brewed with time, care, and respect for the process, so you get all the benefits kombucha is known for. And this is only the beginning of the journey.
